HEALTH SUGGESTIONS FOR PC USERS

    Hi guys. I'm here again and I decide you give you some advices. Of course all of us have a PC and games but sometimes we getting headache or some health problems. Why we have like this problems??

SUGGESTION 1

     You must buy a good chair for your health. Chair must has a backrest because we have spend time on pc so much. Then if we haven't got a chair without backrest, this gonna be problems like back ache or scoliosis.


SUGGESTION 2

    We musn't forget to drink some liquid especially water. In the game atmosphere, we forget this but our body not forget the water. If we are not drink water our body getting dehydration and some problems come with this. DRINK WATER DON'T FORGET IT.

SUGGESTION 3

    How far is your monitor to your eyes? During the play game our nose almost touch the screen. This is very wrong because our eyes are so sensitive. Your monitor must far away 30 cm from your eyes and you must set your brightness because in the dark rooms our eyes getting tired so easily.

SUGGESTION 4

     Think about this. You won't clean your PC for 1 year but you are waiting a good performance from PC. Is that wisely? NO. You must clean your PC for every month. Your fans take a dust from your carpet or desk and you won't see this. If this dust is getting thick your PC getting slow. CLEAN EVERY MONTH.
